Alpenglow offers both English and Western lessons. I will help you outline goals to help you succeed in either Western or English disciplines on your horse or mine. English riders will enjoy learning basic principles up through low-level dressage and jumping. Alpenglow has horses to cater to first time English riders, through low-level hunter/jumper students. Western riders will benefit from learning the basics of western horsemanship up through advanced work including reining, ranch versatility, and gymkhana speed events. Alpenglow Equine has a wide range of western lesson horses with kind dispositions to teach beginning riders up to advanced levels for those looking to excel in their western discipline. All lessons include learning
Gymkhana
A great way to have a blast with fellow riders and get a taste of western speed events! It’s all fun and games!

If you are new to horse ownership and need help with your horse or you’re just not able to get to the barn and ride. I can help tune your horse or keep them in shape.

Alpenglow has a variety of horses available for half lease options. This is for students only.
Show Coaching
Alpenglow provides full day coaching at Routt County horse shows for students who want to compete.

Alpenglow Horses
It can be hard to find horses to ride or lease that are more than dude or trail horses. I offer half leases to my clients who want a regular horse to ride.
